A Couple of Craft Addicts for such an adorable idea! I used fabric paint and dipped the eraser end of a pencil and the end of a marker to make the necklaces. Then I added some ribbon I tied into a bow. You could also add a flower. . Be sure to wash the onesies first so they shrink before you paint them. Can't wait for Baby Girl to wear them!
